No True Silence
A downloadable game
Inspired by the 20th Century artist and composer John Cage, and his infamous work 4'33", the No True Silence game trains new and experienced PCs to stop and listen-- really listen-- to the silence around them. It's never as quiet as we think.
SAFETY TOOLS: While our quiet meditations can-- and often do-- open doors we didn't intend, No True Silence is not meant to be a deep dive inward. It is literally an invitation to explore the sounds that exist when we are still. This said, if those sounds are unpleasant or harmful, don't include this in your writing. Find something else in its place; silences-- even the uncomfortable ones-- are often far more populated, and a home or safe secret is there for you.
